In September we were honored to participate in the Global AI Night, hosting the Munich installment in the Microsoft offices. We were blown away by the interest with well over a hundred people joining us for an evening of insightful talks and lively discussions around everything AI-related.

We’ve also had great speakers throughout the evening, starting with the Keynote that was being watched in every location around the globe.

Afterwards Timo Demmler (doubleSlash) got the on-site sessions started with a great Lightning-Talk on “Virtual Assistants – Hot shit or Bullshit”.

Afterwards our very own Ralf Richter (doubleSlash) told the audience all about Microsoft’s Intelligence Kiosk – explore and try out”.

Another highlight was the introduction to Microsoft’s Vision AI Dev Kit by João Pedro Martins (Microsoft), that brings computer vision to the intelligent edge.

Last but not least we had Clemens Siebler (Microsoft) share his insights into “Automated Machine Learning on Azure”.

We had a lot of fun and hope everyone enjoyed it as much as we did. Thanks again to all the speakers, to Microsoft for hosting us again, and doubleSlash and medialesson for the continued support, be it time, money or swag.
